Kevin Spacey failed to avoid his perp walk: The actor showed up in court in Nantucket, Mass., on Monday to be arraigned in his felony sexual assault case. Spacey is accused of groping an 18-year-old busboy in a Nantucket restaurant in 2016, and the busboy reportedly has video proof. Spacey didn't enter a plea during his brief court appearance, reports the AP. However, a not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf, reports CNN, which explains that under state law, a defendant doesn't need to state it. The next hearing in the case is March 4, and Spacey doesn't have to be present for that. The actor didn't answer reporters' questions as he left the courthouse.

The alleged victim has said that he was introduced to Spacey at the end of his shift, then drank with the actor at the restaurant's bar after lying about his age and saying he was 23. After numerous drinks, the teen says Spacey began rubbing his leg and unzipped the teen's pants and touched him without consent. Spacey faces multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, but this is the first criminal case, reports the AP. The charges are felony indecent assault and battery. (Spacey was spotted treating paparazzi to pizza.)
