(AP Photo/Jason Tanner, ho) Is Angelina Jolie making a movie about a Muslim victim who falls in love with her Serbian rapist? That’s the story going around in Bosnia, which is why Jolie’s permit to shoot there was recently revoked. But Jolie says the film isn’t about that at all, and tells the wartime rape victims’ advocacy group concerned about the plot that she will meet with it to clear up misunderstandings, the AP reports. The as-yet-untitled movie, Jolie’s directorial debut, is described as a love story between a Serbian man and a Bosnian woman before and during the 1992-95 war, but Jolie won’t reveal details of the plot. Says one actress who plans to act in the movie, “We are not making a movie about a crazy woman falling in love with her rapist. We are not sick and perverted." Jolie’s Sarajevo producer says the permit application has been resubmitted along with a full script. Read These Next The 8 Democrats who bucked party on shutdown have something in common.
