Celebrity | T.I. No Hero Points: Rapper T.I. Going Back to Prison Judge gives him 11 months for violating probation By John Johnson Posted Oct 16, 2010 12:34 PM CDT Copied Rapper T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr., right, leaves federal court Friday. (AP Photo/David Goldman) T.I.'s power of persuasion goes only so far. Days after he talked a jumper off a ledge, a judge didn't buy his apologies or his claims of being off drugs and ordered him back to prison for 11 months, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. "I screwed up," said T.I., real name Clifford Harris. "I screwed up bigtime, and I'm sorry. I'm truly and sincerely sorry. I don't want and I don't need to use drugs anymore. I want them out of my life." The judge, however, said Harris "has had about the limit of second chances." He'll report to jail at a later date. Harris was arrested on a weapons charge in 2007 and served a shortened sentence in exchange for talking to schoolkids about violence and drugs. (The judge was especially miffed that Harris abused this "experiment.") He got picked up on drug charges in September, while still on probation for the gun offense.
