One person who was not at Nicole Richie's nuptials this weekend: Paris Hilton. Richie agonized over whether to invite her ex-BFF to the wedding for months, friends tell PopEater, but after Hilton's cocaine arrest in Las Vegas, Richie decided to exclude her from the guest list. "Nicole is in a very different place in her life from when she was hanging out with Paris," says a source, but "Paris seems to be in exactly the same spot she was in five years ago.
