Modern Family star Sofia Vergara has much more to celebrate today than her 40th birthday: She got engaged to Florida businessman Nick Loeb in Mexico this weekend, reports Wonderwall. It will be the second marriage for the actress. Hubby-to-be Loeb is known to have political aspirations in his home state, notes People. The two have been together since at least 2010, though the tabs have had them splitting at least once in that time.
