Police received a 911 call from inside her LA house—not from Miley—and arrested a man named Jason Luis Rivera for trespassing. The singer herself was not around. Radar reports that Rivera said he was "friends with Miley Cyrus. I am. She's my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years." Click for a pic and video of the accused.
