Yes, out of all the speakers at the DNC and the RNC, the VP got the best ratings, according to Nielsen. He was watched by 14.7% of Americans with TVs, the New York Daily News reports, or about 43.6 million people. President Obama came in second at 13.7%, and Mitt Romney third at 12.5%.
