Fire up the golf cart: the Cowboys are headed to the offseason after a 21-17 home loss to the upstart New York Giants. Eli Manning was mistake-free, completing 67% of his passes for 163 yards and two touchdowns to veteran Amani Toomer. Running back Brandon Jacobs had the other score for New York. Meanwhile, Cowboys QB Tony Romo struggled late.

Romo, blasted for a trip to Mexico during the off-week, led two long scoring drives but couldn't get a touchdown at the biggest moment of his career, as he threw an interception in the end zone with nine seconds remaining. Several untimely penalties and poor tackling also aided in the Cowboys' demise. The Giants play the NFC Championship game at Green Bay next Sunday. (More NFL stories.)
