Celebrity | Justin Bieber Investigators Want Justin Bieber Charged With Felony Plus: He still has time to slam Selena Gomez By Evann Gastaldo Posted Feb 7, 2014 8:58 AM CST Copied In this Monday, March 4, 2013 file photo, Canadian singer Justin Bieber performs at the O2 Arena in east London. (Photo by Joel Ryan/Invision/AP, File) The plot thickens: Justin Bieber could end up charged with a felony over allegedly egging his neighbor's house. That's what sheriff's investigators asked prosecutors to do yesterday, CNN reports. Now prosecutors must decide whether to charge Bieber with felony vandalism (which means Bieber would have to appear in court), misdemeanor vandalism (which means his lawyer could appear for him), or nothing; a DA spokesperson says the decision won't be made this week. Investigators estimate the egg attack caused $20,000 in damage. Bieber is also facing misdemeanor-level charges in Miami Beach (for the DUI-and-drag-racing incident) and Toronto (for allegedly assaulting a limo driver), and surveillance footage recently surfaced of Bieber getting patted down at the Miami Beach Police Department after the former incident. (You can watch it at NBC News—it's pretty amusing, despite the lack of audio.) Despite all of his legal troubles, Bieber apparently still has time to complain about his ex-girlfriend to his buddies: Sources tell TMZ Bieber and his pals are laughing at claims that Biebs is responsible for sending Selena Gomez to rehab. They say she was just as into drinking alcohol and smoking pot as they were, perhaps even more so. Read These Next Iran's new leader issued a defiant first statement.
