Harold Ramis' Death Will Alter Ghostbusters III

Ghostbusters III will still be made following Harold Ramis' death, but the script will be reworked, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Ramis was originally to appear in a cameo in the sequel alongside fellow original co-stars Dan Aykroyd and Bill Murray; the trio was to pass the reins to a new ghostbusting team. (Who might that new team be? Prior to Ramis' death, the most recent rumor involved Jonah Hill and Emma Stone, according to the Huffington Post.) Ivan Reitman, who is directing Ghostbusters III, will meet with Sony producers soon to figure out a plan, sources say. But the script was not very far along yet, and filming was not planned to begin this year.
