(AP Photo/Daily Record, Bob Karp, Pool, File) Remember Rachel Canning? Yup, the teen who sued her parents for college tuition is back in the news, this time for handing her beau a temporary restraining order. Canning accuses 18-year-old Lucas Kitzmiller—the guy her parents wanted out of the picture in the first place—of choking her in the street during a spat early Sunday, Canning's father, Sean Canning says. Though Rachel Canning didn't file criminal charges, USA Today notes the pair were due in court this week to determine if the order should be made permanent. Apart from the incident, how is Canning doing? "She went off the deep end in the past, but things are good now," her dad says, in perhaps a curious definition of "good."
