More than just Madonna's dignity suffered when she took a tumble at the Brit Awards Wednesday night: The singer told the Jonathan Ross Show yesterday that she "had a little bit of whiplash, I smacked the back of my head," as per the BBC. But, as her use of Latin and her reference to equestrianism proves, the fall clearly did not harm her general sense of sophistication: "I had a man standing over me with a flashlight until about 3am to make sure I was compos mentis," she continued. "I know how to fall, I have fallen off my horse many times." She did, however, refuse to watch a clip of the incident on the show, which will air March 14.
