Riley got to the line after being fouled by FSU's Shante Williams while attempting an awkward buzzer-beating jumper, reports the AP. Danielle Green led the Cowgirls with 23 points and Riley scored 21, on 8-for-25 shooting, in a game that saw 16 ties and 19 lead changes in regulation.
