(AP Photo/Jay LaPrete) Rookie Clay Wilson, playing in only his second career game, scored a goal and recorded his first NHL assist as the Columbus Blue Jackets bested the Chicago Blackhawks 4-0, and ended their three-game losing streak. Fredrik Norrena only had to stop 17 Chicago shots to earn his second shutout of the season, according to the Associated Press. Wilson’s goal, along with those of Jiri Novotny and Michael Peca, came in the third period; Joakim Lindstrom had put the Blue Jackets ahead with a first-period tally. Both squads have only a sliver of hope left for making the playoffs. Chicago finds themselves six points out, while the win moves Columbus to within seven points of the postseason They each have five games left.
