News that former President George W. Bush has died at 94 means the day will be filled with recollections and assessments from a long life, much of it spent in the public eye. While Bush served as a one-term president after winning the 1988 election, he has plenty else on his resume: participant in the first college baseball World Series, Navy pilot, oil company exec, congressman, CIA chief, UN ambassador, US vice president, skydiver, and grandpa.
