The fourth time wasn't a charm for Nicolas Cage: The actor has filed for an annulment just four days after getting married for the fourth time, People reports. Court records show that Cage and girlfriend Erika Koike received a marriage license in Las Vegas on Saturday and Cage submitted the annulment application Wednesday. Cage and makeup artist Koike had apparently been dating for around a year and were spotted vacationing together in Puerto Rico last spring, NBC Los Angeles reports. Cage split up with Alice Kim in 2016 after 12 years of marriage. He filed for divorce from Lisa Marie Presley four months after they were married in 2002, and was married to Patricia Arquette from 1995 to 2001.
