Huh) (Associated Press) Two second-half goals, including a milestone for striker Landon Donovan, lifted the US over Mexico for its fourth straight CONCACAF Gold Cup, the soccer championship for North and Central America. Donovan's 60th-minute penalty shot gave him 34 career goals for the home team, tying Eric Wynalda's record. The teams did not shake hands after the match.
