There are places to be, and places to flee. The 2025 PODS Moving Trends Report takes a look at the cities where Americans are most often pulling up stakes, as well as the cities where they're most often putting down new roots. There's a clear exodus from large, expensive cities on both coasts, notes USA Today, and a definite influx in the Southeast, with Tennessee and North Carolina taking up nearly half of the top 20 cities by themselves.
