(AP Photo/Charles Rex Arbogast) Police have confirmed that a gun found in a vacant lot was used to kill Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and nephew, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. Investigators are now working to tie the .45 caliber handgun and other evidence to suspect William Balfour and to trace how the gun, reported stolen in Michigan, made its way to Chicago. Investigators also revealed yesterday that Hudson's slain brother Jason had suffered a gunshot wound to the leg before he was killed last Friday. Police are trying to discover how he got that wound and whether it is related to the murders. A public memorial service for the victims will be held tomorrow at the South Side church where Hudson sang as a child. Read These Next Husband of the Coldplay 'Kiss Cam' woman breaks his silence.
