Championship will be a replay of the 2004 matchup

Brazil out-shot Uruguay 5-4 in penalty kicks this Tuesday, earning itself a fifth Copa America final in six attempts. Argentina shut out Mexico 3-0 last night for the other spot in this year's championship Sunday in Venezuela. The match will be a recapitulation of 2004's final, in which Brazil downed Argentina in a shootout.

This year's Copa has not been without controversy; the Chilean soccer federation slapped six of its players with suspensions and fines this week, after the team members caused property damage at their hotel. The Chileans, banned from 20 matches and docked $7,200 apiece, went on a drunken tear after qualifying for the quarterfinals.
