Star chef Jamie Oliver is planning a menu of organic Shetland salmon, Welsh lamb with mint, and Bakewell tart and custard, the Telegraph reports. The dinner and sides are designed to show off the best of seasonal British produce. The result is “extremely British and very politically inoffensive,” writes British chef Yotam Ottolenghi for the Guardian. Oliver clearly chose produce from every corner of the country, Ottolenghi says, but neglected modern Britain's multicultural nature.
