LiLo, Mom to Dad: Shut Up!

Fame whore Michael Lohan can keep right on blabbing about Lindsay killing herself with drugs—if he wants to do it from jail. Mom Dina tells Page Six that LiLo is getting a restraining order against her talkative father, and the matriarch herself is getting ready to toss his butt in jail for failure to pay child support.

"He's getting a cease-and-desist letter [from us], so that's not going to happen," says Dina of her ex's threats to air voicemails from her. "If it's something personal about your child, you don't go public with it. He is also six months behind in his child support. On Monday, we will file a violation order, and if he doesn't pay, he'll go to jail."
