Celebrity | Frances Quinn Hunter Court Docs Prove John Edwards Is Babydaddy Child support battle with Rielle Hunter is all down on paper By Evann Gastaldo Posted Dec 17, 2009 8:59 AM CST Copied In this Thursday, Aug. 6, 2009 file photo, Rielle Hunter leaves the Terry Sanford Federal Building and Courthouse in Raleigh, NC. (AP Photo/Jim R. Bounds, file) Child support documents from earlier this year prove once and for all that John Edwards is the father of mistress Rielle Hunter’s baby, Radar reports. The gossip site obtained and posted the documents, first printed by the National Enquirer last week, which show Hunter is seeking more than $17,000 a month in child support from Edwards—and name Edwards as Frances Quinn Hunter’s father. The former senator was about to publicly admit to fathering Frances and had even introduced her to his parents, sources tell the Enquirer, but the child support battle—which could head to court—threw a wrench into those plans. Upon learning of Hunter’s demand for more cash, Edwards reportedly barred her from moving into the house he originally purchased for her and the baby to live in. "John thought he had sweetened the deal by getting Rielle a house, but she didn't think what he'd offered to pay in regular support for their daughter was fair," says a source.
