Politics | Ann Coulter Conservative Group Drops Coulter Over Speech to Gays She blasts 'swine' who made decision By John Johnson Posted Aug 18, 2010 6:08 PM CDT Copied Conservative pundit Ann Coulter gives a talk on Political Correctness, Media Bias and Freedom of Speech in Calgary, Canada, on Thursday, March 25, 2010. (AP Photo/The Canadian Press, Larry MacDougal) The right-wing website World Net Daily has dumped Ann Coulter from an event next month because she's separately agreed to address a group of gay conservatives. WND editor Joseph Farah calls it a "matter of principle," reports the Huffington Post. Coulter fired back, telling the Daily Caller that Farah is a "swine" and "publicity whore" who's doing this to generate buzz for his site and conference. “I will say that [Farah] could give less than two shits about the conservative movement—as demonstrated by his promotion of the birther nonsense. ... He's the only allegedly serious conservative pushing the birther thing," and he's doing it only to get website hits. Her upcoming speech to Homocon is no big deal, says Coulter. "They hired me to give a speech, so I'm giving a speech. I do it all the time. I speak to a lot of groups and do not endorse them." Read These Next This is the most 'American' car on the road.
